FRONT GLASS REPAIRS

• In a perfect robotic world, repairs will have a seamless OEM finish. Our trained professionals at  Phone Doctorwill do our very best to assure your device’s broken screen is restored as close to OEM standards. However, at times due to normal wear and tear on the device, there may be some small minor imperfections, such as OCA bubbles or AMOLED bleeding.
• Also at times during the lamination process there may be small particles or debris that may get in between the AMOLED display and glass causing small cosmetic blemishes. These do not affect the functionality or warranty of the repair.
• AMOLEDs are paper-thin and may change during the Vacuuming & Laminating stage. Very rarely does this happen but customers may notice some minimal waves or dimples on the display. With time they may or may not disappear, this does not affect functionality or warranty. It’s simply cosmetic.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Mr. Phone Doctor warranties COVER the following.

• Screen/LCD repairs or replacements.
• Parts that malfunction after repair or donot work as intended.

PRE-OWNED PHONES

• All  Phone Doctorcertified devices are backed by 90 day warranty. We will fix the issue immediately or if issue cannot be resolved we will gladly replace device for same or of equal value!

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

After Mr. Phone Doctor repairs the device, the warranty does not protect against:

• Subsequent mishandling that causes the frame to bend, twist, or crack.
• Once a phone has cracked and even after being repaired, that broken seal could still allow the smallest amount of moisture to enter the phone. For that reason, we can not guarantee the phone will remain water resistant. 
• Subsequent accidental or purposeful drops.
• Tampering with internal hardware.
• Damage resulting from attempted customer repairs.
• Software issues unrelated to the repair.
• Jail-broken devices.
• New damages unrelated to the original repair.
• Any loss of data occurring as a result of the repair – customers are advised to back up all data prior to repair attempt.

The following pre-repair conditions will void the warranty.

• Existence of known manufacturing and/or performance issues related to the device separate from the repair, as noted prior to the repair.
• Existence of damage to the frame of device, as noted prior to the repair.
• Water damage.
• Tampering with internal hardware.
• Jail-broken devices.
• Tampering with internal hardware: under certain conditions, internal damage may make a repair impossible. Your repair specialist will be able to explain in further detail upon diagnosing your specific device. If in doubt, we recommend that you do not attempt to repair on your own, as any damage may affect the reparability of your device.

The warranty is valid only for the specific device repaired and the original customer; it is not transferable across devices or if the device is sold or given to another individual.

If a customer device is irreparably damaged as a direct result of a repair attempted by Mr. Phone Doctor and payment has been rendered, the customer is entitled to a fully functional refurbished device of equal or greater value of the damaged device. Value is based on its model and condition as received and with the original repair issue resolved, or the monetary equivalent of fair market value of the device in that condition as determined by Mr. Phone Doctor. If payment was not rendered for service, the repair quote shall be deducted from the value, or a refurbished device of the same damaged condition as received shall be offered. In order to receive a replacement device, the customer’s damaged device must be rendered to Mr. Phone Doctor.
