FAQ FOR MAIL-IN

We offer convenient services, fast repairs, original parts when available at affordable prices. Mail-In your device today!
Not to worry! Mr. Phone Doctor is an honest, small business company. You can speak to the owner (Javier) at anytime and he will be more than happy to assist you.
Mail-In repairs take 2-3 business days to complete AFTER we have received the device. Shipping may take up to 3 days each way. If you need your device quicker there are faster shipping options available.
One way is on us! We will send the customer a pre-paid label to get your device to us. Then the customer is responsible for payment of the return shipping.
Your device will be mailed to our repair center located in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
We recommend asking friends or family for an extra phone that they may not be using. Or if need be contact our office and we may be able to ship you a loaner phone.
No. Unfortunately once a phone has cracked and even after being repaired, that broken seal could still allow the smallest amount of moisture to enter the phone. For that reason, we can not guarantee the phone will remain water resistant.
Yes, we provide 90 day warranties on all of our repairs. We also offer 1 year warranties on certain repairs. You can inquire by emailing or calling our office.
For Mail-In orders, payment is not required until all services are complete. Our office will e-mail an invoice to the e-mail address provided. All invoices can be paid with any major debit or credit card. Additionally customers can pay via PayPal.
Fill out our Mail-In Form found here(need hyperlink to mail in form). A pre-paid label will be sent to your e-mail in 24 hrs. Pack your device well in a small lightweight box. Please do not include any accessories. Be sure and include passcode and full contact information inside then box. PLEASE NOTE: Pre-Paid label will be VOID if it is not used within 1 week of creation.
