Mail-In repairs take 2-3business days after we have received device, we then turnaround and ship device back to you. This does not include shipping time. Shipping time to us may take 2-3 business days each way. You may request quicker shipping if needed.
We cover shipping to us (prepaid label) and customer is responsible for shipping device back to them.
Mail in repairs cost less since overhead expenses are less; there is no travel time to dispatch technician or having high costs of running retail storefront.
Your device will be mailed to our repair center located in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
We recommend asking friends or family for an extra phone that they may not be using. A lot of times we have spare phones tucked away in a drawer. Or if need be contact our rep and we may be able to ship you a loaner phone.
Unfortunately once phone is cracked that allows water to get into areas that it should not make contact with. Even after repaired, we cannot guarantee phone will be waterproof.
Yes we provide 90 day warranties on all our repairs. We do offer 1 year extended warranty as well be sure to inquire within.
Mail-In orders you do not pay until all services are completed. We will email invoice to your email address provided. Invoices can be paid using PayPal. (PayPal account is not needed for payment) We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
Fill out our mail-in form found here and we will send you prepaid label within 24hrs. Pack phone well in small lightweight box, please do not send any accessories. Include passcodes and full contact info inside box. PLEASE NOTE: We are prepaying for labels if you later plan on not sending your device let us know so we can properly void label. One way is on us! We will send the customer a pre-paid label to get your device to us. Then the customer is responsible for payment of the return shipping.
