While they are friendly staff they had to come three different times. First screen replaced had lines in it they said they could put another on no problem. Second time they came out did put another screen but only had in wrong color they allowed me to have that one untill they got more inventory in. Third screen right color now with out damage but now my battery dies insanely quick if I use the screen at all. Disappointed...

I love that they came to me, rather than me having to go somewhere. Very professional people. I was able to get a same day appointment! They were able to fix my both the phones in a very timely manner. Both were iPhone 6, one had a shattered screen and the other needed a new battery after getting dropped in water. Repairs were under $150, very reasonable prices. I am so happy that my phones are fixed.

My Note9 display was totally broken. They fixed it in an hour and with the cheapest possible rate in the market. I was worried first, but after 2 weeks I see that device is running absolutely fantastic. I sent in my Galaxy S10 via mail for a screen repair. Communication was great, I decided to change the shipping and got a quick response. I was also notified when my phone arrived to their location. Mr. Phone Doctor fixed my S10+ glass screen at a fraction of the cost it would be at Samsung. Granted, I can see some of the lines of glue under the glass when the screen is off. And also, it took them 5 days after the phone was fixed to ship it out. They refunded some of my payment for this reason, but I wasn't fully pleased with the shipping service. The work has been done well and it's commendable at what cost it has been done. The screen looks practically new after being shattered. Thanks Fabian.

Mr Phone Doctor is a great company. Repaired my phone screen (front glass) for half of what everyone else was charging. (Note they will do a glass only replacement if that is all you need, no one else was willing to do that. They either did not have the needed equipment or were not willing to only replace the glass and required an entire front screen replacement). Easy to work with and great customer service. Phone looks and works great!

Customer service is great. That's why I gave two stars. Unfortunately the screens are of poor quality. Both my husband and I got screen protectors and both cracked within a few days. The screens also scratch very easily. After my screen cracked I didn't care if my son got my phone because it was already broken. He got ahold of it once and it now looks several years old. I also am not able to pull down my utility bar up top nor can I use my finger prints to open my phone or gain access to my apps. Awaiting a call back from management. This review may change based upon how this is handled.UPDATE; I did not end up getting a call back so I went in. I did not get the refund I was asking for but the manager did replace mine and my husbands screens and upgraded our account. Although it wasn't my desired outcome they did make it right on their end.

My galaxy 8 died. Not wanting to pay a ridiculous mark-up for a new mobile phone, I contacted them, brought my phone in and in an hour or two my phone had a new. Battery and was good to go for about $70. Very friendly. Helpful staff. Nice location. Would definitely reccomend if your phone needs repairs. They also fix cracked screens!

Note 10 plus front screen repair. Excellent job! Good as new at a fraction of the price! Every other facility said the digitizer etc had to be replaced at over a 300.00 cost. IE ibreakufix etc.... Only the front glass was replaced and its perfect!!! I shipped my phone to them and was emailed throughout the process of repair. Nothing but professionalism! Dont hesitate!. Save money! Dropped my xs max a couple months ago, the screen cracked and the phone wouldn’t take calls. It was during the beginning of quarantine and the apple store inside Barnes and noble was closed. I was skeptical about trying a local place, after calling around I chose Mr. phone doctor. To say I was pleased with their work is an understatement. He was very responsive, offered me several options on a screen. When it was time to take my phone in the work was done In under an hour and the repair was FLAWLESS! Would highly recommend to anyone in the Dona Ana area. Not too mention the savings, was a difference of almost $200. Couldn’t have been happier.

First off, if you need a phone fixed this is the go to place!! My iPhone 11 Pro Max is still with them, but based on what I have been able to see, these guys know what their doing! They communicate with their customers, like they did for me, reassured me to not worry and always giving proper updates. I would give 10 starts if I could! The informed me about what needed to be done, and gave me a good price as well. I think I will always send my phone here instead of going to the local store, and I think you should to! First of all, great price for the repair I needed (replacing cracked glass on an undamaged OLED panel). Initially, when I got the phone back, I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the repair (new technician or something?). However, after sending them pictures of the issues, they immediately sent another shipping label to redo the repair free of charge. I got the phone back a few days ago and am very happy with the repair--flawless! And they even installed a very nice glass screen protector (which I'm really liking) free of charge, I assume to help make things right. A little tumultuous at first, but these guys made it right and I'm left with something even better than what I paid for. Definitely recommended.

They replaced the glass on my S10+ and it looks great. They are one of the few places that will replace just the glass if the panel is undamaged instead of having to pay for a whole new panel. Saved me about $150 bucks! Thanks again!

My husband is autistic and dropped his phone in a parking lot and broke the screen. He uses it to help calm him down, so I needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called several places, but it would be weeks before I could get it in. Then someone told me to check out this place.I told them what happened and they got the phone in quickly. However, somehow the screen display system burned out and it was no longer usable. So they showed me the phones they had available, and also helped me get a new phone ready so I could get my husbands back on his phone.The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They helped me with a very stressful situation, and I am so grateful to them! I look forward to seeing them again!

I had broken the glass on my Galaxy S7 Edge. No insurance and not worth much in that condition. I bought myself a new phone but decided to have the S7 fixed so I can use it on my motorcycle. My Galaxy S 20+ 5G phone slipped out of my phone holster and fell to the concrete. Even though it was in a case the curved screen cracked on the bottom. I did some research on replacing the glass myself, and found mrphonedoctor.com's YouTube video. After I determined that I wasn't willing to try doing it myself, I decided to send it to them as they did a glass only replacement and didn't charge me for the digitizer or amoled screen, which everyone else wanted to do because they bought the mini unit. Since mine were undamaged and working fine, I didn't see any need to be forced into paying for parts that weren't broken. I opted not to get any of the extra services such as expedited processing, expedited shipping or screen protectors and my cost was just over $200 with shipping. This is exactly what they quoted me before I sent it. It took about three weeks to get the phone back, but I was okay using my older Pixel 2 in the meantime. I just got the phone back today. The screen looks brand-new, with no bubbles or any other indication that it had been replaced. It works absently perfectly, with the digitizer recognizing my finger everywhere on the screen and the in screen fingerprint reader working as well as new. My wife has the Galaxy S 20 5G and has also cracked her screen in a similar manner. I fully expect to be sending her her phone next. If you glasses cracked I strongly endorse this company and advise you to get it fixed before it damages the digitizer or amoled screen and costs you double.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but they have top notch customer service to make you feel confident and safe that your phone is in good hands. I just got my phone back and I just say, they did a great job! I did see a couple small pieces of dust or material got in between the new screen and AMO LED but it's not a big deal. My phone was originally sent in for a cracked screen, but the AMO LED was fine.

Mr Phone Dr. is now my go to phone repair shop & I'm a Chicago customer. Thanks to their YouTube video I found this place & glad I didn't give up on this phone. These guys gave me a fair price on a glass only repair along with an added curved glass protector for an additional 30 bucks. EVERYWHERE in the Chicago area wouldn't touch my s10 plus with out doing the whole screen under 300-350 range, Even Samsung repair couldn't help me they just want to sell me another $1000 phone. These guys are the best! I needed to get a small crack repaired on the front glass of my Samsung s8 in order to turn in to At&t for an upgrade. The screen still worked (minus some screen burn), I just needed front glass repaired. Prior to finding this place on YouTube, everywhere I went was charging over 300 dollars for a repair. That was out of our price range and I couldnt afford that price. and I also didn't need a new battery or anything that comes with those packages since i was simply going to turn in the phone. So, I went to YouTube to see how those repairs work and found these guys!They have very informative, awesome videos on top of reasonable prices for mail in and drop off repairs. No gimmicks, just honest people with reasonable repair prices. I was able to mail in phone, they would update me on any new details about repair, and ship it back after payment. I 100% reccomend these guys to anyone who needs a repair, front glass only or otherwise!!

ive found my new cell repair shop! i was referred to them from the cell phone repair guy at mesilla valley mall. i dropped my note 20ultra an it happened to land on a OLED sensor on my front screen crackin the screen makin it go completely dark. they were very professional, explained alot to me an the price range id fall in! it got fixxed an im soo happy to have my droid backk, somethin about useing my xs maxx for that lil while drove me crazy! -Thank Yousoo, i did have to come backk.. my front camera on my droid was blurry an explained it an showed them. they took my phone backk an also fixed that issue.. these people are 💯 like i said before im coming backk here, if this happens again.. but lets hope not to soon lol
